One way to start this is to tell you that friends of ours died in North Carolina a few years ago near Boone, North Carolina because they had a electric self starting generator. So, when they shut off the electricity after the mud slide they were okay until their self starting automatic Generator kicked in which blew their house up and the couple then both died because of the natural gas leak caused by the mud slide into their home there.
The reason I'm telling this story is that you have to now expect thousands more natural gas heated etc. houses across the U.S. to blow up over time simply because we are NOT upgrading our natural Gas infrastructure. So, if you have an older home or business it is very likely at some point if you keep your natural gas line that that place might blow up like our friends did in their house.
The government of the U.S. has prioritized converting to all electric homes with Solar panels in the roofs and all electric or hybrid cars. Because of this the gas lines and natural gas run things in homes like stoves and water heaters and home central heating by Natural Gas are much more likely to blow up because of the age of natural gas lines and the older gas appliances in homes and businesses everywhere.
In fact, in Santa Barbara you can no longer install new Gas Appliances in any home anywhere in that area now. It has now become illegal code wise to do this there.
And you are going to see this more and more across the country as people don't want to be blown up from old Gas infrastructure not being upgraded in the ground and in homes and businesses everywhere.
