Here is why Flooding could be happening downstream from the Sierras and Cascade Mountains! Already Flooding Yosemite so It had to close!

Lake Tahoe is at 6000 feet so if it's 61 at present at 2 pm basically Thursday and the temperatures will go up tomorrow this likely means it will be in the 50s or more at 8000 feet and 9000 feet all along the Sierras at the very least and this could start flooding through towns and cities built along the rivers of the Sierras and down into the Sacramento and San Joaquin Valleys.

Also, Shasta Dam downstream from Mt. Shasta on the Sacramento River is supposed to over top today too! So, we don't know what that will do either.
