is that the world is in a major Transition right now that is similar to how things changed before and during World War II. The main thing preventing world war 3 actually is the types of weapons on earth like Nukes and chemical weapons and the like.
No one really knows how all this is going to shake out other than the fact that if you read Rachel Maddows book "Prelude" you can see how similar it is now to then.
So, what will happen next is an unknown in reality. What happens when "Push comes to shove".
My personal point of view is it likely would be much safer to buy a home in Canada than Europe or other places simply because if Ukraine goes because of Craziness from scared Republicans afraid of Trump harming or killing them then the rest of Europe could be next on the chopping block.
None of us fully knows what is coming. Global Climate Changes and Artificial Intelligence took any certainty we might have had from our lives.
There is no certainty of anything anymore. Maybe there never was.
But, if I was going to buy a home somewhere else it likely would be in Canada because right now the opportunities of most people are maximized there whereas if you are poor here in the U.S. there is almost no path anymore to getting rich whereas there are still opportunities to get rich if you start out poor in Canada.
