Or maybe better said, "The desire for efficiency can create inventiveness.
For example, one of the many reasons I'm still alive at 75 is that I tend to be very efficient and creative in everything I do.
For example, I observed people working themselves to death (literally) like slaves when I was growing up. My solution to this was to own my own businesses where I chose where and when on earth I would live and work. Though I wasn't successful in starting businesses before I was 28 or 29 I am the kind of person that doesn't usually give up ever if something is important to me. And what was the most important thing to me then? My children.
So, it was efficient for me to buy or to start businesses to better support them in growing up successfully so this is what I did.
Though I was always into efficiency before this it was a bachelor's form of efficiency which though efficient just means you have food and clothing and shelter and are mobile as much as possible and that you have girlfriends if you are not already living with someone or married already.
So, even at this point I tend to be creatively efficient in everything I do still. It's mostly why I'm still alive.
For example, recently a friend who is from Europe who married a Naval officer but was trained in europe as a Physician's assistant I was talking to as they were visiting here from Europe. I said to her: "If I had done everything that doctors told me to do I would" and she finished what I was saying; "Be dead now."
And I nodded my head. Only through my own efficiency of choosing doctors that might actually keep me alive and then thinking whether their treatments were useful or not am I still alive.
So, even in my staying alive is a part of being efficient and creative and inventive.
It's one reason why I believe presently there is no real limit to how long human beings can actually live. Because medical science is becoming more and more efficient every day.
However, unless you study more about these new developments you might not be alive to receive these new developments in time to stay alive. Luckily, at least so far I have stayed far enough ahead of the game to still be alive at 75.
