55 years later after my first out of body soul traveling experience

The first 10 years of soul travel I learned many things:

The first thing is never soul travel alone with out angels or you might die or worse.

the second thing I learned was that I was uncomfortable traveling out beyond the edge of the galaxy because the Galaxy is a living organism that we are a part of. So, the Galaxy is alive and so are all the stars including our sun and planets and even planet earth is alive too and has sentience like a tree or an animal or a human. In fact our sentience is directly connected to planet earth, to the Sun and other planets and to the stars throughout our galaxy and all the other planets surrounding those stars.

But, I found I didn't like soul traveling out beyond our galaxy because I found it terrifying and it felt sort of "without a home" might be the best way to say this.

However, I have talked to Tibetan Lamas and other Yogis in the Himalayan regions and they told me that some yogis (especially cave yogis who like Mila Repa eat nettles and water and live in Caves and their skin turns green from the nettles like to go out beyond the galaxy for certain types of realizations and empowerments.
 

However, I think a western mind that grows up in the U.S. or Europe might go insane if they did something like this. Mostly because most people could never re-integrate into society sort of like how some homeless people get living here in the U.S. So, you might be fully realized but never able to speak with people normally after doing this ever again.  

So, over time I developed a useful meditation or contemplation that I'm able to do basically 24 hours a day if I'm lucky which is to experience the whole universe and all time and space with God all the time.

Expanding your aura to encompass the whole Galaxy is the hardest part of doing this. Once you have successfully done this the rest is pretty easy.

But, I found I didn't like just being any one place or two places or three places. I found I preferred to be every place in every time with God if and when God allows me to do this and he does.

If you want to do this it is important to have compassion for all life in this Galaxy to be really successful at this and seen as a Galactic Saint or something like this who travels with Angels while soul traveling.

What do you feel when you are with God in all time and space throughout this galaxy and beyond?

You feel peace and Gratitude and kindness and well being. You are constantly overwhelmed with Gratitude to God for allowing you to experience this 24 hours a day if possible.
