Life threatening Flooding in New York:

I was watching  on CNN TV people walking out from flooded cars with water up to their waists or more trying to get out of freeway or 4 lane highway underpasses flooded in New York. So, this is a real problem for many New Yorkers especially if they are trying to travel anywhere near the flooded underpasses while driving vehicles. many flooded out vehicles that are trucks and cars everywhere in flooded underpasses.
