I think this country would be classified as a (pre-civil war) potentially country because of the divisions within this country could easily lead to chaos or even Civil War.
I would say because of the Election of Trump we have already reached Chaos and the next step might be U.S. Bankruptcy or a Great Depression or Great Recession. I think this is what the index is looking at.
We are not together as a nation anymore. we are SPLIT in a way that is dangerous for everyone here on earth and I think this index indicates how civilization destroying Trump's influence actually is.
As a country we are being EATEN AWAY from within and many other countries are in a feeding frenzy like Israel and the Middle East, and Russia and China while Europe looks on completely horrified at the slow Death of the United States they once knew.
