The Usefulness of Intuition and Intellect

I like very much Einstein's statement paraphrased, "Intelligence isn't very useful unless you have good common sense too." I very much agree with this. Intelligence alone often will just get you into a whole lot of trouble in life and even will often shorten your life in various ways.

However, intuition alone doesn't work by itself either. Intuition isn't very useful without good motivations. And how does one acquire good motivations? Unfortunately, most people acquire good motivations by either direct suffering or watching someone very close to them suffer. However, one should never reach out to create suffering in their lives because this too, is counterproductive if you are trying to create good motivations within the very deepest parts of yourself in the hopes that you might be some kind of saint to help your people.

No. The easiest way to increase your positive motivations at a subconscious and cellular level is to think of all beings from the smallest insect to the largest whale, elephant or dinosaur as having been your mother in one of your lifetimes. This actually works. I don't know what to tell you if you either don't believe in reincarnation or don't want to.  Maybe then, you can imagine what that being would be like if it once was your mother. And so, you want to help that being to a better life now and in the future. This might work for you.

So, an ideal person would look like this: a very intelligent person with a strongly developed intuition and good common sense to boot who wanted to do everything in their power in a practical way to help mankind (and all life on earth) permanently end all their suffering. But who realized that since time and space are not ultimately real, he or she has an infinity to do this. So, although one might try hard, one also realizes the true nature of everyday life. And thereby doesn't increase everyone's suffering by suffering oneself right now because they can't save everyone right now in this time and space. (By the way there really are people like that who stop eating and often die because all they can feel is everyone's suffering everywhere and they just can't deal with it).

So, though it is awful to know any being anywhere is suffering, it is more wise to know that if you suffer and die because you take in all this suffering and just die, that you really can't help anymore people here on earth in the physical if you do that. So, it is in your enlightened self interest and the enlightened self interest of all beings in the universe for you, instead to think about how to "have fun" maximizing and leveraging your abilities towards the end of suffering of all beings.

So, one in this way becomes like an efficiency expert at ending the suffering of all beings in all ways, spiritually, physically, mentally, intuitively, emotionally and any other way you can think of.

There is a saying, "It is better to give than to receive". Though I too learned this quite young through direct experiences,  I have seen firsthand just how very powerful this can actually get the last 20 years or so.

So, these have been my questions in life:
How can I help prevent earth from being nuked out of existence like the planet that is now the asteroid belt?
How can I reduce my own suffering and the suffering of all beings?
How can I help to create a heaven on earth?

I was listening to John Lennon's "Imagine" song today on sirius satellite radio. And I was just thinking just how brilliant the lyrics are. First, what he is saying is humanistic and not pitting any religion against any other religion. But at the same time he is saying something quite revolutionary. What he is saying in effect is: "What would the world look like if we just all took care of each other and stopped killing each other because of religion?" And "What if we created a heaven on earth rather than waiting to die for it?"

If you think about it, it is very very revolutionary in thought, word and deed. And if somehow, everyone could set aside their religions to actually create a non-denominational heaven on earth, wouldn't that be great for everyone?

To often all organized religions only separate people from their natural connections to life and to God. Without a direct connection to God I think all religions are only counterproductive and become only a chaotic organized form of hypnosis for the masses. Don't get me wrong I think without religions at all the human race might have gone extinct already for a variety of reasons. But just because religions might be good for the masses, it doesn't also follow that religions are necessarily good for ANY individual person.

And to me, that is the real problem with all religions. They take away from people volition. They take away from people the capacity to actually think for themselves and make decisions for themselves. They often take away the capacity for people to talk to God themselves and receive their own Divine revelations as good or better than any holy book on earth. They turn many people into permanent children who often become so confused from religion that they self destruct. This is the real problem of religions the way I see it.

So, in the end intuition and intellect if properly motivated take us to God and Compassion and help make us better people who help others in as pragmatic and compassionate a way as possible.

When I look back at my experiences with religion they have always been in a way a "near death experience". However, my direct experiences with God, Jesus, Archangel Michael and the other Archangels, and all angels and Saints of All religions have only made me closer in all ways to God and Life on earth and beyond and into the heaven realms. So, what I try to share when I write here is how to move forward in your life with a direct relationship with God and yourself and all beings. Because without a direct relationship with God and yourself, you likely will not survive your life.

However, I have met exceptions to this, but usually they are among the 10% who have the God gene switched off. There is actually a gene that makes people who have it need to believe in God or and intelligent being of some kind running things in the universe. And then there are 10% about worldwide who don't have the God gene switched on and somehow do without needing a creator.

My own logic in regard to this is about physical survival. What if somebody creates a really bad religion that is ruining and killing everyone? You then need the 10% to rescue the rest of the people. So, this is my thought why God would create the 10% without the God gene to rescue the rest of us from a really bad religion sometime. I'm sure this has already happened many times just in the last 10,000 years or so of somewhat recorded human history.
