Government Budget Deal reached before midnight Friday
As I write this Obama is speaking and congratulating Majority Senate Leader Harry Reid and House Leader Boehnor. Together they all cut 37 Billion from this years budget. Almost all social programs will suffer as a result. However, it is the most cut in Congressional history.
