Is a state of mind where you are grateful for each moment of life you have left.
Trying to constantly be in control in detail of every aspect of your life is just going to make you crazy in the end.
So, moving to a state of Grace where you ask God to show you what he wants you to know every moment often is the most useful thing to do.
Unless you take time to slow down and live in Grace death can take you at literally any time.
However, then again death isn't really to be feared either anymore than you should fear when you go to sleep at night. It's a lot like the same thing.
If you look at someone sleeping they are not looking at you (usually) except for people who sleep with their eyes open (and some people actually do this).
So, where are they if they are not talking to you or looking at you?
One could say someone sleeping is dead. (Until the next morning or when they wake up).
So, living in God's Grace is accepting being awake and accepting being asleep. Because death is exactly like sleep (except you never wake up in this body ever again). You go somewhere else instead.
So, since death isn't really death but transition you have nothing to fear if you are living in God's Grace.
