The problem with letting artificial intelligence making diplomacy decisions

Is that the programmers of the Artificial intelligence are already the majority in each country including China. So, they are the privileged to begin with. So, the artificial intelligence decisions cannot help but be racist and sexist as a direct result and result in the untimely deaths and failures of women and minorities not presently in favor of the mainstream majority who would be automatically racist and sexist in their thoughts and actions against all others. This ethnocentrism is the worst in places like China, Russia and the U.S. who are known to be the MOST ethnocentric nations on earth.

And because of this ethnocentricity are the most likely to go to war with each other whether that be a Cyber war or a bloody war at some point in the future.

Even right now, Putin is at an Intense Cyber Cold War against the U.S. and China is too just not as public about it while trying to steal inventions from the U.S. to market them in China and throughout the world.

Ethnocentric nations also tend because of this ethnocentricity to also be racist in various ways too, especially in the people in those countries that have not traveled outside the centers of those countries. So, the more people have traveled widely the less they tend to be as ethnocentric as they travel more and meet more diverse people from all countries they meet.

So, paradoxically, the richest and best educated of all these nations tend to become less ethnocentric as they travel and meet more diverse people from around the world. While the rich in those countries who do not travel become the most racist and sexist of all generally speaking and they become the ones who generate Cyber and bloody wars as a direct result especially between these three nations.

You might think Russia and China are friends but in reality, China is a huge competitor to Russia. Russia actually has much more in common with the U.S. culturally than China does. Because of this you have strange alliances between people like Trump and Putin who are both white racists. There is really no room in a white racists mind for any other race no matter what they say.
