Let St. Joseph help you sell your home? I always say, "Whatever Works" and burying your St. Joseph Statue upside down after praying to him to help you sell your home appears to be working for a lot of People.
When I lived in Hana, Maui my house appeared to be hexed or something. Strange goings on were happening frequently. I was so distressed about 5 inch long(or more) stinging centipedes jumping off our ceiling and stinging us while we slept that I asked the help of a local Hawaiian lady where I worked. She said that Hana was an area where a lot of ancient Hawaiian magic was and that what worked for Hawaiian Christians like her was to get Hawaiian Sea salt and a locally grown Tea leaf which are usually 5 to ten inches wide and 2 feet or more long. You put the Hawaiian salt in a bowl with blessed water and then you dip the tea leaf into the mixture and draw crosses on the inside walls of every wall in your house while praying for help from Jesus and God. Since my wife and kids were pretty freaked out by now of the Centipedes appear out of nowhere and other things, we did as she said and never had another problem again.
So, this praying over a St. Joseph statue and then burying it upside down in your yard as has been done for centuries(since he is the patron saint of families)might just work for you too.
People are telling stories of getting their first offer for their house with 1/2 hour.
What is happening in most areas is people are selling their home at 100,000 dollars or more below what they owe on it and coming to an agreement with the bank for both you and the bank to cut your losses. Even though this might damage your credit it might be a better choice for you than going bankrupt. So weigh your options carefully.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
