I think the article by this name is complete oil company propaganda. What a complete waste of 26 trillion dollars. Anyone who has seriously studied this issue knows oil is over and any country that buys into this crazy propaganda is just listening to oil business propaganda.
The human race must now switch fuels away from oil or we will all die and go bankrupt. I'm afraid the transition will be quite awful but I think it is now change or die. Oil is only practical to use for such things as plastics and other products. It is no longer feasible financially anymore as a fuel. Anyone who tells you anything else has not studied how little oil is feasible to bring to the surface now at any price. We must move on now for any humans at all to survive.
I know the jolt is as severe as a world war but there doesn't appear to be another choice. If countries try to go the oil way we may all die eventually. It is a matter of priorities. Do we want the human race to survive long term or not. do the research!
