IF the female Viagra has serious side affects what good is it?

I think this pill is at most a placebo for women. If they believe they are interested in being intimate likely they will be. That's all. But, if it makes women faint what good is that? IF you faint while walking down cement stairs that could be pretty serious or fainting while driving a car that could be fatal. So, what's the point of a pill that just might kill you just so you can make love?
