You only need 1 or 2 really good ideas to be a "Success" in life

I would say one of those ideas might be to have great friends and a great mate and to actually do that and create that in your life.

The 2nd idea is to create a way to make money in a way that is something that interests you or that you enjoy. There is nothing better than making money doing something that you might also do for fun. They only drawback to this is it could over time possible make you not want to do what you once loved.

However, making money doing something you are now interested in is the best. And being with someone that gives meaning to your life is an important idea to for most people.

I found with myself being an idea person that having someone to tell me when I'm off the mark or full of it is very helpful in creating balance and creativity in a useful way to everyone concerned. Because alone, a man especially can go off onto tangents and thereby sometimes miss the mark. Being married to the right person and raising kids combined is a really great incentive to start your own business to better support them.

Because it is going to be a whole lot harder trying to support a family working for someone else than it might be working for yourself.

I started working part time after school at age 10 and what I realized early is all the profit people made on me working for them I didn't get, they did. So, this made me want my own business so I didn't have to pay myself by the hour or by a salary where I might run a business entirely profit and loss so it becomes an investment rather than something where you have to pay yourself a salary or wages. This I found very helpful in having enough money to more easily raise a family and also have the write offs you have with a business of various kinds.

The drawback of course is if you are a volunteer (unpaid at least as wages) is you might not pay into social security either and this might be a problem for you (especially if it is still there when you get 65 or 70 years of age where it might be useful to you along with Medicare.

I know several people who were self employed who never paid into Social Security and then they got to be 65 or more had heart attacks and couldn't get social security or Medicare and were made vulnerable by this as they aged. So, it worked great while they were young but didn't work because they had expected to work until they died and when you HAVE to work until you die it isn't that pleasant usually towards the end of that.

But, when people are younger often they don't plan to live that long. But, then they do and then what?

So, I think people need to realize if they made it to 30 likely they will also see 90. This is just the way it is in real life here in the U.S. If you think you are going to make it until 90 one might make different decisions along the way to make their lives a little less full of suffering near the end of life.
