Bangkok, Thailand: Tap water may run out in a month

The monsoons have not come much at all from India up to South Korea and possibly even into Japan. As a result, more and more countries are starting to look like California in it's drought. I have been to Thailand and it is sort of impossible for me to imagine Thailand without being really hot, humid and wet.

One of the main places of transport in Thailand is on the rivers. So, this is sort of hard to imagine Bangkok without tap water too.
