Is the Magnetosphere related to the Sun here on Earth?

The following is conjecture studying what I have already studied. I don't consider myself to be a full fledged and trained scientist. I'm just an intelligent person asking questions after what I have studied for a lifetime already.

I started thinking about what is going to happen here on earth besides ice from the middle of the U.S. North more than before (starting between 2030 or 2040 if the mini-ice age materializes)?

And I didn't come to any permanent conclusions but it did raise a whole lot of questions.

One of the questions would be the above one in the title?

And the answer to this question has to be: 'Yes'.

However, then it might be hard to be specific in "How?"

Maybe the easiest way for me to approach this would be to say Plasma, Solar Plasma, Lightning and Electricity are all aspects of basically the same thing. And also, that life itself as we know it is also related to  Plasma, Solar plasma, lightning and electricity.

This was made clear to me around 1980 by Carl Sagan sucking all the air out of a jar with some denatured soil in it and then hitting it with a Tesla Coil (man made small bolts of lightning). Immediately life formed in this denatured soil on a cellular basis and he showed us the results on PBS on his Science Show at that time.

This was the first time it became completely clear to me that the electricity in our bodies that makes our bodies and cells operate is also related somehow to lightning and electricity.

So, is one of the sources of our energy from the Sun? Yes. Of Course. Without the Sun we could not grow food to eat and no animal could eat either or bird or fish or whatever.

So, as the Maunder Minimum arises and sunspots decrease we will have less energy coming to earth to grow food. It isn't just that we get a mini-ice age potentially, less sun will hit the earth all over also.

So, crops will be less, storms will be lighter, winds will tend to be less and for 70 years at least it might go back to being more like the 19th and 20th Centuries in a variety of ways.

So, is the magnetosphere related to the Sun here on earth. Yes. it is related to both the sun and the earth through the molten core of spinning iron and other metals as the geodynamo earth. And if the prediction of a mini-ice age proves true between 2030 and 2040 a whole lot of things are going to change in really drastic ways. So, being prepared for this likely will save a lot of lives in the interim.

Note:

For example, countries near to both the north or south poles might not be able to grow any crops at all, or at least only crops in hydroponic environments or greenhouses to maximize heat retention for plants during the coldest months and to prevent the ground from freezing so nothing could grow there.

Hopefully, the beneficial effects of this will be less drastic storms that kill people like tornadoes and hurricanes. But, cold also  moves winds too as in gigantic snowstorms that close roads possibly permanently some places that can't afford enough snow plows. So, subways and tunnels might be important in places where the ice stays 6 months of the year or longer.

People living underground or traveling underground in really frozen areas that are already populated might become temporarily (maybe for 70 years or more) might become more common.

So, instead of moving away from equatorial areas the temperatures might reduce there to the point where they might become the breadbasket for the world once again.

So, during this 70 years more or less depending upon a lot of variables the further you are away from the poles might be a good thing if you also have water and good soil. But, it is also going to likely be much colder at higher altitudes as well so glaciers likely would return all over the planet during this time. Possibly melting once again once the mini-age age ends.

Like always for humans, it is adapt or die for every one of us(just like it has always been here on Earth).

2nd note: I realized I didn't completely answer the question asked in the title to my satisfaction.
All planets and the sun have Magnetospheres. What powers them?
My personal theory about this is that the Sun powers these magnetospheres and planets like earth are sort of like mini-Suns in that they are molten with a hard cover on them (the crust). But, most of the earth is molten even though we don't visibly see this every day because if we did we would just all burn up from the heat.

So, if you see each of the planets sort of like a mini-sun, then the magnetosphere is powered by the Sun itself in relation to the planet but also by the Geodynamo Earth as the molten core. The interactions of the Sun (through solar wind and plasma) powers our magnetosphere in the way it interacts with the Geodynamo earth with it's molten core (like a mini-sun with a crust and ocean). This is the way I see it.

My question then becomes: "If our magnetosphere is powered by the interactions of the Sun with the geodynamo Earth then why is the magnetosphere depleting?"

There might be many answers to this. Here are some of the potential answers:

1. We might be depleting the magnetosphere by using electricity generated with magnets by breaking the magnetic fields of those magnets. Somehow this might be draining the essence of our magnetosphere. However, if this is true governments likely would have to suppress this information even though it might cause human extinction on the surface of the earth eventually. This might be what is really going on.

2. We might be in a Geomagnetic reversal which always drastically alters weather and drops the magnetosphere down to 0% to 10% of normal for 1000 years or so.

3. We might be in a complete pole reversal which takes about 10,000 years to complete which also causes the weather to drastically change and the magnetosphere to drop down to 0% to 10% of normal for part or all of those 10,000 years.

Scientists are mostly looking at options 2 or 3 as being relevant. However, I'm as concerned about option 1 because of being an intuitive and also being a logical person.

My thought is that we are either experiencing (and will be for 1000 to 10,000 years) either options 1 and 2 or 1 and 3.

These are my thoughts about this.
