Obama makes pitch for Iran deal, faces Congressional hurdle

I have been listening to Obama's speech regarding the Iran Nuclear deal and his point is that 99% of the world wants to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon and this is what the focus should be now in passing this legislation.

However, he also makes the point that this is all it does(stopping Iran having the bomb). He also points out that other mechanisms like in the U.N. prevent Hezbollah from being given missiles by Iran and them weaponizing the Houthis. The problem he says regarding these issues is enforcement by the U.N. So, unless countries like Saudi Arabia, Jordan and other Sunni nations find out about these shipments and stop them along with the U.S. these arms shipments to Hezbollah and the Houthis likely will continue. Also, he said that the 4 prisoners that are Americans being held in Iran could not realistically be tied to the Iran nuclear deal without jeapordizing the final outcome of the nuclear deal with Iran. He said this issue has to be dealt with separately.
