Rain Remnants from Hurricane near Baja California now hitting San Diego and L.A.
IF you look at the weather radar for San Diego, Los Angeles and deserts it is raining sporadically all over. And the way it looks if you are in the deserts especially be careful of dry washes (no longer dry), clouds dropping rain in the distance at a higher elevation than you are, even though this can happen anywhere in the Southern California area because of the drought and not enough vegetation to hold back rain so it goes into the ground instead of flowing quickly over the ground as a flash flood. So, be careful wherever you are in Southern California right now because of desert monsoon conditions.
