Progressive Revelation

I equate this to "What life teaches you every moment".

So, first there is whatever your parents and friends teach you and there is also what your enemies teach you by almost killing you. And then there is what you do with all the information you receive in life.

So, when you take all this in and process all this. This is progressive revelation.

Because what you were taught as a child is often naive and childlike.

Often it isn't something useful to you as an adult.

Parents often mean well but they didn't grow up in your era or face the problems you face in this ever changing world.

So, without Progressive Revelation often we are caught with our pants down so to speak.

So, taking the time to think about everything in your life and processing it often results in "Progressive Revelation" and becomes what you teach your children. And then they grow up and face an entirely new world and have to have their own progressive revelations so they can survive and teach their children what worked for them.

And this isn't just physical it is also spiritual and religious and even supernatural at times too.

So, progressive revelation is how all of us survive from from generation to generation ongoing on into the future.
