The memo misrepresents the truth. Many people are saying this. So, it is a Completely Partisan document specifically designed to let Trump fire Rosenstein and Mueller. That's all it is.
It isn't even the truth because the truth has been so cherry picked it becomes a lie in the way it is compiled.
So, knowing it is a completely partisan document designed to destroy our institutions of governance, why is it being released?
The only way I can look at it is Putin hiring or Blackmailing Trump to destroy American Democracy.
