For example, a security person, a maid or a person doing a menial task pretending to only speak (not the native language of the country they are in could often pass for a human being. And a government could use this kind of person for literally doing anything.
So, when you look at technology of various kinds you likely couldn't tell if a person were a person or a robot unless they were "Standing out in a crowd" so to speak like an Actor, a politician, a professor in front of a class or having some sort of complicated intuitive or instinctual interaction of some kind with one or more people.
But, it is my belief that robots have been masquerading as humans for some time in various places on earth where it is too dangerous to send in a human being for some time now. How would you know they weren't human? Some people are just so unusual or weird how would you know?
