The 1 billion people who either die or whose births have been prevented already by Trump has already happened ongoing to 2100. So, the necessity of keeping Trump in office any longer to prevent human extinction this century has passed.
I think it is likely that Trump may resign if he finds out about the truth of this because what is happening is damaging his family and personal wealth a lot as long as he has an agreement with his vice president to pardon him and his family from any potential wrongdoings proved against him in the near or far future.
I think the problem will be that if Trump continues to fight the way he is presently he will die from stress in office. So, I believe Trump could live another 20 years or more if he resigned or his health could fail if he stays in office much longer now. This is what I get as an intuitive. He has already done pretty much (what he needs to do to prevent human extinction this century of the human race). However, he might need to stay in office long enough to get "End of War" agreements signed between North Korea and the U.S., South Korea, Japan, the U.S. and China in order to prevent millions more deaths this century in addition to the 1 billion gone from time by 2100 that he is presently responsible for.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
