This is similar to "You only know what you know when you know it".
We all wish often we had hindsight in knowing some things. How many of you wish you hadn't met some friend or lover that you now consider very bad for you in the long run. Or worse you had kids with this "Bad Person" in your life?
We all only know what we know when we know it.
And likewise, we can only believe what we believe when we believe it.
There is no use to being hard on yourself in not knowing things that might have been helpful to know at the time.
None of us should be judged in things we had no idea about and were innocent about at the time.
(Even though I know people do this to themselves or to others, if you think about it how can people know things they don't know at the time?)
At the very least such thinking is completely useless.
Yes. Someone can say to you, "You should have known this about that person!"
But, you can easily say something back like: "Who was going to tell me, You?"
And this might shut them up.
So, usually hindsight is something people often wish they had.
So, maybe it's time to develop foresight (as in being Intuitive) so you aren't fooled again?
