Though the Vaccine is the present answer, what about the Variants worldwide still developing?

 Yes. The vaccines work on the basic Coronavirus. However, do we know if it will work as well on variants as they develop?

I think the answer is not known yet if this will be true.

Also, when will boosters be created so future variants don't completely wipe out the human race off the earth?

And are there present variants on earth that are impervious to any known vaccines? In other words can we create vaccines to survive all variants?

I'm not sure any of these questions can be usefully answered at all at this point in time.
