She is the most lethal force presently in the Galaxy and both self designed but also authorized by the Galaxy for her to be this way. She is allowed to take any form and to change any time line that she considers necessary as long as she tells the Galactic Sentience what she is doing. So, she works as the Galactic Sentience's friend simply because she can live in matter or anti-matter or in time or outside of time or anywhere he wishes to go with her. So, as you can see she is the most lethal force presently in the Galaxy and is a part of the last line of defense for this Galaxy and sometimes helps other galaxies maintain their timelines too.
