Because of this the Fed in trying to force prices down will NOT succeed. I suppose unless you are going to put price controls somehow on food where the government subsidizes food in some way like grains, milk, meat, bread, eggs like that there is NO WAY THE FED CAN STOP FOOD PRICES FROM RISING WORLDWIDE!
To think it is possible is to make oneself ridiculous and to drive us into a recession or a depression or worse worldwide.
The fact of life is Global Climate changes are killing ALL of us Price wise on earth which will make millions and millions more starve each year in a great thinning out process for all mankind beginning right now!
LET ME REPEAT THAT: THE FED CANNOT STOP WORLDWIDE FOOD PRICES FROM CONTINUING TO INFLATE.
Why?
Because food prices are completely based upon the laws of supply and demand and right now there is NOT enough food to feed everyone on earth so prices of food HAVE TO RISE to meet demand worldwide! And this is likely to continue at a greater and greater rate over the years now because of climate extremes preventing growing in places like California that normally grows about 1/2 of everything grown food wise in the U.S.
Food cannot be grown most places in California much at all this year because of not enough water available to water crops!
IF you lose up to 1/2 of your produce nationwide this is going to make prices rise on all food in the U.S.
It's inevitable!
There is no real way to stop this!
