By 1975 I missed my thousands of "Friends" around the world that I knew from the religion I had been raised in so I joined what was then called "The Summit Lighthouse" which was a similar religion to the one I was raised in. But, the difference was that instead of being extremely rightest in thinking it was much more like President Kennedy and his wife in political thinking so it was very very progressive and more a part of the times then in the 1970s and not so extreme and being as remote from the mainstream as the religion I was raised in. At that time I was 27 years of age and a new father for the first time and married for the first time. I lived in San Diego and I met Summit Lighthouse "students" of their church in Del Mar California and I also met Elizabeth Clare Prophet who was then about 10 years older than I while she was swimming at the beach in Del Mar as well then too. She channeled beings like Jesus and Saint Germain and El Morya and Archangel Michael and Mary the mother of Jesus and others. I had learned I also could channel the masters by 1970 as well. However, I realized it was not my path to be a public channel for dictations from the Ascended Master like Jesus. At one point in 1970 I had asked Saint Germain whether I should start another religion. He said to me: "Religions are presently obsolete because of nuclear weapons and violent fundamentalists trying to blow up and nuke the world out of existence".
I greatly respect Saint Germain and I followed his counsel that religions are a thing of the past. So, for a time (from 1975 to 1977) I went to the Summit Lighthouse and I was attending Summit University in the Arcangel Gabriel and Hope quarter in 1977. My mother and my 2 1/2 year old son joined me at Summit university at that time because I had become a single father by July of 1977 and the mother of my son and I finished our divorce in 1978. I didn't remarry until March of 1980 in Mt. Shasta.
So, I followed Saint Germain's lead in helping people I knew and met to contacting God and Angels directly rather than starting another religion because I realized Saint Germain was right about all religions having become obsolete. But still from 1975 to 1977 I tried to be a part of the Summit LIghthouse.
However, by summer of 1978 I realized I could not be a part of ANY religion myself and I realized my path was going to be alone with God and Angels and Saint Germain and Jesus and Mary and Archangel Michael who had always been there since he rescued me from whooping cough at age 2.
I also left the Summit Lighthouse in Spring of 1978 when I had to rescue a lesbian Girl from suicide because of persecution by the leaders of Summit Lighthouse. I took her to a New York psychologist I knew in Oceanside to save her life from the Summit. The Summit Lighthouse told me I couldn't be on staff there anymore because I believed I had a direct connection to God.
To me, this was the best compliment anyone had ever given me because I knew and know I do have a direct connection to God and work directly for God and Jesus and Saint Germain here on earth.

Note: This was the end of my experience with Christian organized religions for this lifetime. From here I studied in the 1980s with Native American Medicine men and with Tibetan Lamas and I traveled to India, Nepal and Thailand and was given the Kalachakra initiation by the Dalai Lama in Bodhgaya, India in December of 1985 then with my family when I was 37. We spent 4 to 5 months traveling in India and Nepal during that time and m best friend flew from Switzerland to visit Nepal then too at that time with us.
