The problem with Russia in relation to Ukraine

 I think Putin wants the land of Ukraine but I think he wants the government and the people to all die now.

So, likely what he will do is to bomb or send missiles into all electrical power generating stations and then prevent all natural gas and as much food going into Ukraine this winter. So, the poorer people who have stayed in Ukraine will tend to die or get sick a lot from no electricity and no natural gas for heating. This is the problem that appears to be Putin's plan now.
