It made it up to 66 degrees today. Yesterday I went to a private beach but the tar from I guess the oil platforms out in the ocean made the beach a mess and my bottoms of my bare feet a mess too. I didn't discover just how bad they were until I returned home and noticed my daughter cleaning her feet. My older daughter keeps baby oil as well as my wife because my wife grew up here at the beach in Santa Barbara and so is familiar with how oil tar can wash up on the beach from the oil platforms near Santa Barbara. However, I didn't have this same problem at East Beach where they play volleyball in the sand the day before. So, the oil tar pieces on the beach might get you so be careful if you go barefoot that you don't ruin your carpet in your car or house or damage your flooring in car or house either. I found that a combination of brushing with baby oil in the shower combined with some soap of various kinds and a shower head worked the best in cleaning my feet from the tar from the oil platforms.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
