I think Lindsey Graham's stance on Israel is unrealistic today

Lindsey Graham talks like people did in the 1950s who were Conservative like him. However, it isn't realistic today.

Why?

Because the only game in town then in the 1950s was the U.S. Europe, China and Russia at that point. Germany and Japan were both powerless for awhile.

However, now the Arab Oil nations are very economically powerful on earth. So, saying Israel should basically Nuke Hamas is sort of both ridiculous and suicidal for Israel to do.

I'm not sure what path Israel will take. However, unless Jordan and Saudi Arabia and other Sunni Muslim Countries are on board with whatever Israel does, Israel won't survive what it is doing now anyway.

So, "Nuking" Palestine is not going to win friends and influence people. It's just going to Horrify the world in an unuseful way.

I suppose you could also say that Nuking Hiroshima and Nagasaki so terrified the world of the U.S. that the world sort of "FELL IN LINE" to whatever the U.S. did after that except for China and Russia.

I suppose you could sort of say that.

But, Israel is not the U.S.

The population of Israel is only 9 million people.

The population of Saudi Arabia is 36.41 million people.

The population of Jordan is 11.29 million people.

The population of Egypt is 111 million people (right next door to Israel).

If you add up just these Sunni Arab nation populations

And this is only a few of the surrounding Sunni Arab nations which added up is 158.7 million people versus 9 million people in Israel.

Then you Have Iran who is financing Hamas and Hezbollah with a population of 88.55 million people and they are Shia Muslim which the Sunni Muslims all hate because it is a different religion than Sunni Muslim. So, Saudi Arabia has been very close to going to war with Iran for up to 50 to 200 years now depending upon how you look at all this. However, both Iran and Saudi Arabia could afford to go to war because of Oil money. However, I'm not sure Iran would win this war so it tries to divide the Arab world by destroying Israel and driving Israelis into the sea.

Then you have Saudi Arabia and Israel tending towards an alliance of sorts simply because both countries hate Iran so much.

in other words "The enemy of my enemy is my friend".

However, if Israel "nukes" Gaza how can Saudi Arabia be Israel's friend then?

What a total mess!
