This might not matter to them because they haven't been alive that long (most under 22 years so far). So, they don't remember like I do from about 1950 and all the things that have happened since the end of World War II.
However, what has changed the most since then is how wealthy nations like Saudi Arabia and Iran and Kuwait and other oil nations are. And since they too are Arab nations and that most of the people are Sunni Muslims (like Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and most other nations in the middle East except Iran) that they are going to be upset that Gazans are being genocided by Israel.
However, it wasn't right for Hamas to invade Israel and kill 1800 mostly young people at a concert and then kidnap and rape dozens more (maybe 200 people). So, it's sort of two wrongs don't make a right.
However, what students and Netanyahu are doing likely is ending the nation of Israel in the long run. However, I'm not sure what happens in the short run with everything as crazy as it is.
However, I believe Israel (primarily because of Netanyahu) is over as a nation within 10 years at this point.
Or they will be the cause of World War III one of those two things and hopefully not both.
