Did Russian Intelligence cause the exploding houses in Andover, Massachusetts?

I know that Russian Intelligence has been refining ways to harm people in the U.S. If they shut down the electrical grids it wouldn't actually kill people but a 1, 2 punch of Weather warfare in the form of "Hurrican Florence" and a string of Gas explosions and the forced evacuation of 100,000 people or more from three or more communities sounds like What Russia has been looking for for a long time in revenge on the U.S. past the confusion of Trump.

So, from my point of view Russia is just telling us they are not only responsible for Hurricane Florence but also the 100,000 people being evacuated around Andover, Massachusetts as well and for all the homes blowing up.

But, you know our government.Even if this is all true there will be a cover up because you aren't supposed to know just how serious our war with Russia actually is.
