cybersecurity breaches are all about psychological warfare between nations now

Isn't it convenient for (cybercriminal?) in China and Russia that they never go to jail for whatever they do to Europe or the U.S. on a Hacking level. And how many are paid and trained by Russia and China to do this on the sly or openly?

This likely would be hard to trace because of cash transactions. But, we all know it is taking place.

This is the real face of psychological warfare between Russia and the U.S. and China and the U.S., to degrade infrastructure financially of as many U.S. citizens as possible. This is psychological warfare 2015 style here on earth between Russia and the U.S. and China and the U.S.

However, it also should be known that Russia hacks China and China hacks Russia as well. Things are not as hunky dory as they would like to to think between them either. That's mostly for the public to think things are okay between these two nations.

So, what can be done about this?

It is unlikely that the Internet will be done away with unless the finances of almost all American citizens are completely destroyed in one day by Russia and China (which is possible if people don't have enough cash on hand). Because it is perfectly possible to destroy all banks at once in various cyber ways.

HOwever, then the U.S. government might have a way to salvage this problem too. I don't know. Maybe this has already happened and the government has found a way just not to tell people about it. I don't know.

Because what if all the banks were attacked the same moment and transfers of monies from people's accounts happened all within a 24 hour period?

Would the government or the banks admit to this or just pretend it never happened?

I don't know the answer to this question.

It is sort of like the philosophical question: "If a tree falls in the forest and no one witnessed it did it happen?"

Philosophically, the answer is "NO."

But, if you or I come by and witness the fallen tree we also can say, "This is a fallen tree!"

So, both these things can be true simultaneously.

IN the meantime though, cybersecurity issues are the foremost psychological warfare tools nations are using today, especially, Russia, China and the U.S.

And coming in 2nd is of course ISIS which shows severed heads on the Internet as a way of scaring the hell out of every one. They are the most public about their psychological warfare.

(And also why you likely are never going to see western world soldiers ever fighting ISIS). But, likely you will see robots like drones and other AI offing them like crazy.
