The Day After Roswell: The Book

1. I remember Colonel Corso's Statement when asked if the the CIA or NSA would debunk his Book. He said something like, "They wouldn't dare while I am alive." (which likely meant he had friends in high places still who would make things difficult for other agencies to debunk his book then). However, since then people try to debunk his book because he is no longer around to defend his life work in Defense Intelligence for the Army since World War II. 

   So, this is how misinformation is spread by governments that still do not want people to know the truth. It is a little like computer technologyy. In the beginning when people got home computers you could do all sorts of things with home computers you no longer can (at least not without all sorts of devices and programs that either you write or others do). In a similar way the further out we are from Roswell the more likely the government will be more rather than less successful spreading misinformation to keep people ignorant of the truth.

   If you want to make slaves of the masses there are certain things you don't want them to know about. It was like this regarding Christianity when reincarnation was scrubbed from the present Bible as well. You can enslave millions or billions more with fake hell, fire and brimestone than you can if they believe they have other chances to do right than the present one. It is exactly the same thing. If people know that time travel and UFOs are real then governments are going to collapse. But, if enough of the intelligentsia of the world don't know the truth the human race is over too. So, I guess it is a balance always. There will always be about 60% of the people that will never be able to handle the truth under any circumstances without ending civilization completely.
