Maybe is the best answer.
Because it is likely this has already happened more than once on earth. However, we cannot prove it yet that people have literally died because of something Trump tweeted. However, we all know the proof is coming some time this year of someone actually dying because of something Trump Tweeted. It is completely inevitable because of the "WAVES" he makes and all it takes is one disturbed person or disturbed Trump supporter to kill someone because of one of Trump's tweets. It's coming and might have already arrived. WE just haven't seen it yet for sure.
