Though this is true, having this knowledge is so dangerous at present that I cannot even tell you how I figured this out at present.
What is actually happening here is Putin is at war with Xi in China. But, he cannot have this war directly for a variety of reasons, so he is blackmailing Trump into having this war with China. But, understanding this fully is so incredibly dangerous at present that I cannot even tell you how I know this. However, I can tell you that at a military level our government knows this, it's just that Trump is not acting in the best interests of ANYONE in the U.S. right now because he is being blackmailed by Putin.
