There are numerous reports at this time. One is that a tanker truck exploded next to the mill. Another explanation is that this is a sawdust fire in the mill which might make sense because of the extreme heat and dryness lately. We also don't know how many people are burned and have been sent to the hospital yet too.
All of south Siskiyou County including the City of Mt. Shasta which is next to Weed, California is without power so my friends called on their cell phone and asked me to read what I could find online about this fire so I shared with them what I could find.
