There is a Chapter 5 and a Chapter 7 but no Chapter 6

I noticed that for some reason (not sure the reason) the link at the end of Chapter 4 disappeared. I will try to reinstall this link so you can more easily read Chapter 5 and I will install a link at the end of Chapter 5 to Chapter 7 as well.  Thanks.

Note: One of the links wasn't there on one of the pages. However, when I started with

And went to the end of each page there was a link to the next page ongoing all the way through Chapter 7 so far.
