Some people can live on a MacDonald's Diet because they have exceptional genes.

For example, I have heard of a man over 100 years old and all he would eat was milk toast and that's all.

But, I have never heard of ANYONE who lived past 75 or 80 on a MacDonald's diet. But, there are always exceptions.

But, because of his slurred speech he might be ending his capacity for macdonald's or for being president any longer. So, it is possible we might see Trump stop being president and giving his position over to Pence within the next 6 months time.
