Alternative Energy Sources quickly becoming a necessity

With a sectarian war now being fought directly or indirectly in literally all middle eastern countries alternative energy sources like wind and Solar and wave are becoming not just helpful but necessary to the business of nations. It once was helpful to reduce foreign energy consumption but now it is quickly becoming a matter of national strategic interest in the survival of the business including being able to power farm tractors and harvestors of nations. This will become more and more obvious to everyone on earth during the next few years. As the price of oil from the middle east inevitably rises because of the sectarian war in Syria supported by Sunni nations and by Shia nations each according to their beliefs.
