“As human beings are also animals, to manage one million animals gives me a headache.”

This statement was made by a Business manager in China. Though you might not hear this in the U.S. and Europe because it is not politically correct, nevertheless the statement even though not politically correct is also true.

If you have ever managed a lot of people they are difficult. They get sick, they have problems, they get depressed, they call in sick, they quit, or go into the hospital and as a manager you still might be forced by contracts to make your quotas. What do you do?

Do you buy robots and keep them going 24 hours a day or do you hire people. Likely the people who hire robots are going to be able to out compete those who don't buy robots and eventually put the people who don't hire robots out of business. This is reality.

But, what happens to all the people who are laid off and replaced with robots. What do they do?

This is a world wide sociological phenomenon that you are going to see first in developed nations all over the world.

My question is: What is the world going to do about this if people don't have money to live? IF people don't have jobs or the dole or own their own businesses they might have no choice but to become some type of criminal. This is the reality worldwide. You have to have money to live. If you don't you either die or do whatever it takes. This is a very serious sociological phenomenon that spans the world and is going to get worse every day.
