So, when you buy fat free or low fat items check the sugar, because it is the sugar in fat free or low fat products that isn't fat to begin with but will turn into fat when you eat it.
For example, you can take a pound or 10 pounds of sugar and correctly label it "100% fat free" because it contains no fat so that would be legal to do. However, as soon as you put that 10 pounds of white sugar into your body it becomes fat because your body will convert it to fat.
So, this is why 68% of the people in the U.S. are overweight. Because 80% of processed foods that cater to people wanting to buy low fat or fat free items are actually making people fatter by replacing the "Fat" with Sugar (or a sugar substitute) which also might make you fat or ill because it is synthetic.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
