Presently Raining sporadically from Bishop to Burney to Redding and Mt. Shasta

I was looking at a RADAR of California and Nevada and Western Nevada, the Sierras from Bishop North to Mt. Shasta it is raining with what looks like Thundershowers that are more common this time of year.

However, it is moving in a reverse spiral like before possibly with the pivot point somewhere between San Francisco and Eureka. The storm seems to be moving in a counterclockwise direction once again like a few weeks ago.
