I found out today that Trump doesn't believe in Global Climate Change or Global Warming (which is what I call 'living in denial in order to make billions' which is a disease of the rich worldwide). He plans to nullify the Paris Accords for one in his first year in office.
Here is another fact of life from PBS NEWSHOUR: "68% of Democrats believe Climate change is a very serious problem, while only 20% of Republicans share that belief".
So, I just learned just how catastrophic a Trump Presidency might be to those in hot cities or areas in Pakistan or India or other Humid and hot places where people die without air conditioning by the hundreds and by the thousands these last few years from April until September or October.
My wife was just telling me about how many U.S. Republicans changed their opinion on Global Warming while on the cruise with her after listening to the Scientists and seeing what they saw in Antarctica on this cruise.
10 or 20 years ago they expected sea levels to rise 1 to 2 feet. Now they expect by 2100 the sea levels around the world to rise AT LEAST 5 feet worldwide. This will put some countries and islands like Bangladesh mostly underwater and do a lot to places like Florida and Hawaii too. I think Florida's highest point is only 50 to 75 feet above sea level for example. So, within 100 to 200 years most of Florida likely will be an island or islands or something. So, people closest to the coast with houses on the water of the ocean likely will be underwater within 50 to 100 years from now. So, you might see a lot of coastal owners of places like Florida, New York, New Jersey etc. putting their homes on stilts to stay out of the water.
