The Dalai Lama at the December 1985 Kalachakra in Bodhgaya, India entering to give an empowerment to 500,000 Tibetan Buddhists and 3 other photos

If you look carefully you can see the Dalai Lama if you know what he looks like in the retinue of High Lamas and Indian military security forces accompanying him as protectors. The 2nd photo is of the steam trains which were amazing and quaint in their sounds and the puffs of STeam as they chugged down the tracks. We took Steam trains to Varanasi and the Burning Ghat on the Ganges River and went out on the Ganges in a boat. We then took the train to Agra and visited the Taj Mahal because you could still do that then (go inside the Taj Mahal to see the yoni and lingum and the rest) which was wonderful. Also there were hundreds of wild green parakeets there which was wonderful too then. The Steam trains I hear are no more today as they have now modernized beyond that. The bottom photo is more of the 500,000 Tibetan Buddhists from all over the world there in December 1985 for the Kalachakra Tantric empowerment by the Dalai Lama. All Tibetan Buddhists want this empowerment at least once before they pass on so they can go to Shamballa which is a Tibetan Buddhist heaven realm.

.Here are the green parakeets along with some pigeons near the Taj Mahal then in early 1986 in January.
