Why aren't Credit card transactions not happening during Solar Storms talked about more in the news?

Mostly governments don't want people to start asking questions that governments then might have to answer. Because the magnetosphere is changing now very fast many people are going to die before their time because of it by solar storms allowing more Cosmic rays into earth that sometimes kill people with weak hearts. So, if it were on the news more people would ask questions like: "Why is this happening?" and this would open even worse cans of worms than Global Warming Questions like: "How many millions are going to die because of Trump pulling out of the Paris Accords?"

And "How many wars are going to be started by Trump pulling out of the Paris Accords?" long term.
