How is believing in reincarnation useful in this lifetime?

I find it especially useful when God shows me past lifetimes with people I meet. This happens all the time with me. 



What I do know is that if I have had experiences with people I see on the street or meet I often know what they were in the past, present or future.

So, I can meet someone or just see someone and recognize the connections I had with them. In some ways it was much easier when I was young and single because this allowed me a lot more freedom to work things out with people than now that I'm older. But, now what I do is I pray for people I have connections with because often they are my mother from a previous lifetime, a father from a previous lifetime or even a lover from a previous lifetime or just a good friend.

So, now that I'm older and I see someone I know immediately I pray for them to have a good life and I remember my life with them in the past, present or future.

And by the way this person can be any age from a baby to an old person near passing on. This is what is amazing about all this. They can even be in the womb and I will pray for them.
