If you look at the Rapidan partial dam failure in the previous article you see many things:

 Let me point out a few for you that might not be obvious. First at least one house that was there before has been washed away. Also, a bridge of the lower highway has been completely washed away too. I had to look at several pictures from different angles to see that the bridge to the highway had likely already been washed away too (unless possibly it had been removed or washed away previously) (I suppose that is a possibility too). either way the road bridge is gone and the house is gone from Rapidan Dam in Minnesota.
