No. I'm not asking what game you are playing in your mind because you are bored or because you want to be polite to Aunt Mildred or your Grandmother. I'm asking "What do you actually believe?" It isn't what you tell people to be polite. And I'm not even asking for you to actually tell me. I'm asking it because it is an important thing for you to know. Have you ever deeply really asked yourself, "What's Going on here, Anyway?"
Just so you more fully know where I'm coming from with all this one of my good friends told me his father passed away last night and I spent about 1 1/2 hours talking to him as a good friend. I felt I owed it to him to share what happened to me when my Dad passed away when I was 37. Basically, it destroyed my life as it was at 37 and I never really got my life to where I was anything close to happy again until I was 50 and had almost died for about a year myself at that age. Then I was just grateful to still be alive. Because I had almost then died like my father had. But unlike me, my wife's mother, her stepmother and my wife's and my unborn child had all died in the last 6 months at that point. So, when someone close passes away I sometimes get a little nervous because often people either are permanently changed as well as their lives, they get really crazy for a short time, or sometimes they just don't make it through the transition at all.
So, when somebody passes away close to you it is better that you have already asked yourself what you believe to be real because when someone goes away permanently close to you it tests you to the core and tests all your beliefs to the core as well. So, you might say to me, "Well. Everything is perfect and everyone I know is still alive." Then my statement back to you is, "Well. Like me when I was young you have a whole lot of people to lose, don't you?" In the past 30 years I have probably lost 20 to 30 of the closest people to me in my life including 2 of my 3 best childhood friends, my father, my mother, 4 Aunts, 3 cousins and various other people as well including but not limited to a step brother and stepsister in a plane crash, 2 father's in law, 3 mothers in law and most of my friends have lost one or both their parents. So, "What's Your reality?" is mostly about knowing what your reality is so you have the strength to lose all the people that you eventually will if you live long enough so you can stay strong for your kids and friends and other younger relatives and friends that need you to be strong so they will choose to stay alive too.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
